RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION SIMPLIFIED SHOPPING

Return Policy: No Returns.
A. Exchange can only be accepted if a product has any defect and same need to be informed within 6hours after receiving the product. (Products delivered to you are audited and quality checked by our team before dispatching to you and all the required documents necessary to state the fact can be provided anytime in case of dispute).
B. In case of dispute, Refunds can be initiated only if we fail to provide you the proof stating the above mentioned.
C. Products are delivered in a proper package by our team and shipping company, which keep the product safe from all kind of wear and tear.
(A) We strongly recommend getting your customized/body fit only.
(B) In case of standard size purchased by you, we can only accept the request for alteration if it need to be reduced, or in case of defect or refurbished of accessories provided by us with that product.
(C) Customization Issues with the measurement provided by you can only be accepted if the size is larger/long. Process: Request. Confirm Handover. All India shipments include a return shipping label.

We include a pre-paid return label in all our shipments to make it easy for you in case of alterations with the size required. Generate a request, specify a convenient pick-up date, and we will manage the rest.
If you find any problems with size your Hail Women article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can resend the article up to 60 days from the date of purchase we can alter it for free. (After 60 days you need to bear the shipping charges to and fro).Alteration is free for one year. We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are undamaged with the original label still attached. Otherwise, we may not accept the alteration request and send it back to the customer.
A. For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.
B. 30% of the amount will be deducted in case of cancellation request after 12hours (twelve hours) of placing order.
The easiest way to exchange is to generate a request from our website. For transactions made by signed-in customers, you can go to “My Orders” under the “My Account” menu. For guest order transactions, visit the Track Your Order page. You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order. You can also call or write to us if you need any assistance or if you find that more convenient.
We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be canceled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.
Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags. Please
do not accept delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
